We found this place by chance during the ride through South Carolina. The food was amazing! The collars were well spiced, okra fried for perfection, the chicken and waffles simply delicious. My husband opted for the barbecue salmon with mashed potatoes and collard greens. They initially forgot the mashed potatoes, but Cassandra quickly resolved that once we brought it to her attention.
