On Wednesday evening I had a slight issue with a pizza that was ordered. The following morning, I called Fox 's and spoke with the General Manager, Jenny. She was very professional as well as compassionate about rectififying the issue immediately. Jenny and her staff not only made a bad situation better, but each of them exceeded my expectations!!!!
