Great staff! So friendly and accommodating. We booked a junior suite for six nights. Everything was great. The only thing that was lacking is furniture in the room. The only place to sit is the bed. When you are wet and/or sandy you don’t exactly want to sit on the bed. The first lady at the front desk wasn't very accommodating. I asked to be switched to a different room. We had a view of a construction area and mold in the shower. She said no. The lady the next shift was very apologetic and offered me a full refund. That I still have not received. The location of the hotel was great. The decor was very cute. It had a nautical theme.
