Just left this location without ordering. I walk in no acknowledge me or asked to take my order. So for a couple minutes I patiently wait and the guys are playing with something that obviously was more important than customers. Then someone pulls upto the drive thru the guy stops playing with whatever it was that had him distracted he looks at me and says we will be rightwith you and then takes the drive thru order. Smh I walked out. Arby 's customer service has been going down hill the last fewyears and I rarely ever go there anymore so this reinforces my reasons why not to go
So this location was not so great the food was good the service was a little mediocre I don't think the lady really cared that she was even there she probably didn't want to be there. I did have to use the restroom while I was there and it was totallydisgusting I'm surprised this place is even still open. I went to fill my drink and I used the mellow yellow which was filledwith all kinds of black flakes which just goes to show that they don't ever clean their pop machine still do not know how thisplace stays open.
Excellent Roast beef really good apple turnovers love the Turkey Gyros.
