Called in on a quiet afternoon, walked through the door at 2:58pm and was promptly told they don't open until 3pm. OK...so what food will you be serving in 2 minutes time? Apparently they didn't know and would need to ask the kitchen but as they left us standing there while they made no effort to ask the kitchen, we bailed after waiting 5 minutes.
