The cappuccino machine was not working and they were out of eggs for the egg and cheese wrap. I ended up getting a veggie egg white wrap instead, which I actually preferred. The employees were very friendly, but the service was extremely slow. On June 28th, 2023, I visited the Dunkin' location on Coconut Creek Parkway and had a perfect experience. What gill l doesn't like about Dunkin':
Several times I?ve tried to enter into the ?lobby? area but all the doors were locked. The sign on the door always says that the lobby is open for several more hours so why can?t I get in? Don?t leave up a sign that says that the lobby is open then lockcustomers out. Half the time I go to this location they?re out of common drinks and ingredients like milk. It?s pretty hit ormiss.
