To my surprise my party of 6 including two kids, automatically had the 18% gratuity included as if we were a party of over 8 in some fancy place for horrible service ?? constantly had to call another waiter which I understood they were busy but if the tip is included and I still have to do someone else’s job then that is unacceptable.
