One good thing (if there's such a thing) out of further C-19 restrictions that forces no dine-in between 6pm to 5am, restaurants are switching to take out ONLY and at this popular place 20% off after 6pm. Good to order their famous roasted pigeon $68, soy sauce chow mein $29 and minced beef porridge $32--all regular price. With discount $26+ off it was a good deal. And yum. View all feedback.
