This restaurant is fantastic for a meal. The food is consistently fresh, unlike other places where the cole slaw is often hot, soggy, and unpleasant tasting. Whenever I order cole slaw from Brian's, it is cold, crispy, and incredibly fresh. All of the dishes are excellent, and they have the BEST carrot cake in Texas. I absolutely adore this place. That’s gonna be a no for me dawg. Out of towner who loves BBQ stopped in for a quick bite. Pretty sure my brisket was at least a day old. Served cold. Texture was about a 1/10. Color was a 0/10. Taste was a 2/10. Wish I could give these guys a better review, as it was recommended by a friend, but It doesn’t even come close to some of the best BBQ joints I’ve had around the state.
