Terrible, terrible service. The young woman at the counter had a very unpleasant attitude. I wasn't greeted at all, she didn't smile once, and she was rude to other customers. Overall, she just seemed very unfriendly. There were no basic customer service skills on display—absolutely no niceties at all.
