The food at this restaurant was awful. I was shocked to find ground beef in a chimichanga, which tasted like it had been boiled. The flour tortilla was also disappointingly gooey. On the bright side, the sweet tea was delicious. The service was decent and the atmosphere was pleasant. Overall, I would give the food a 2, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 4.
