The owner has won many awards for his bbq and we can taste why. I purchased a rib dinner for takeout that was horrible. It was the worst BBQ I've ever had. The dinner consisted of 4 bones of ribs, greens and potato salad. The ribs I could not eat them they were so dry. It seem to me that it was left from a day or two before.
