As soon as I got to my car, I called the delivery service, and they confirmed that there’s no rule preventing a driver from starting the delivery once they leave the restaurant. Thankfully, I was also able to file a formal complaint against her and the restaurant itself, and I expect them to address the issue soon. On top of it all, the food was terrible. View all feedback.
