Sharon was absolutely brilliant, so kind and nothing was too much trouble 10/10 service! A few things that could be improved; the Wifi kept disconnecting, there was no air con (although we were given a fan, it wasn't the best), and the TV had a dodgy connection. Whilst they offer car parking free for guests, the car park is chargeable for anybody else who enters the car park. I was fined for stopping 15 minutes whilst visiting a guest in the car park, I didn't even leave my car, which was ridiculous in a half empty car park.
