Great food and great prices! We drive this highway a lot and this was our first time here. We both grew up loving hot meat sandwiches with mashed potatoes and gravy, this didn?t disappoint. We got one of each, turkey and roast beef, changed out thefries for mashed, and kept the cole slaw. All was good! View all feedback.

Breaded chicken sandwich, blt and the chicken tenders are all very good. All the chicken is obviously hand breaded to order and the older gentleman that served us was delightful. The burger looked freshly padded but I didn?t try it.. The coleslaw is alsovery good. Not sure what the 1 star reviews are all about.
Excellent food at fantastic prices! We frequently travel this highway, and this was our first visit to Windy Hill. Having both grown up enjoying hot meat sandwiches served with mashed potatoes and gravy, we were not disappointed. We ordered one of each, turkey and roast beef, swapped out the fries for mashed potatoes, and kept the coleslaw. Everything was delicious!
I was pleasantly surprised by the food. At first, I had my doubts, but after dining there tonight, I can confidently say that you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. It was fantastic!
Windy Hill is a charming country-style restaurant that offers a delightful experience. While it's not particularly fancy, the food is absolutely delicious, and the service is warm and welcoming. It's a convenient spot for lunch after a day of skiing at Whitetail, and the menu has a great selection to choose from.
