"The check-in time is 4 PM, and the hotel locks its doors at 9:30 PM, which seems quite questionable—could that be legal? Additionally, there was no phone in the room, which was inconvenient. Check-out is supposed to be at 11 AM, yet someone attempted to enter my room before 8 AM. Unbelievable!
