I ordered a hot drink and got it cold. They were busy so it was understandable, but I didn't have time to get it fixed before my class. I sent in an email, and they said I could come back by and get it fixed if I brought the ticket on the cup back. I'm glad they offered to fix it. Also, the smell in the library from the coffee is great. : View all feedback.
What Joe Q doesn't like about Starbucks:
If you want one drink that takes three people to make and it still be wrong, go here. They couldn’t even get my change or my name right. The place was filthy and the workers are clearly incompetent. For Starbucks prices, you should get Starbucks service. Not this trash. View all feedback.

Really busy at the time so there was a long wait but they didn't mess it up so
I mean: How you beat open from zero-7 to 23-hundred AND free coffee?! You cannot, hence 5 stars...
The staff is very nice and makes sure that you get exactly what you order.
