Worst Brisket I've ever tried. Extremely chewy and soggy, it had a lot of fat. Cold yet overcooked somehow. And the sauce... God, BBQ sauce is supposed to be sweet with a touch of spicy. This sauce was pure hot sauce. I understand we are in Tennessee and the sauce must be a bit hot, but this... terrible.Instead of cornbread, they have these pancake looking things.
