What Rick likes about Abe's B Q:
Abe 's struck me as Old School Mississippi BBQ. (I say that based on watching a recent episode of Anthony Bourdain 's Parts Unknown where he explored BBQ in this part of Mississippi and even the chefs he talked to said it was hard to put your finger on a specific characteristic of their Q! We rolled into Clarksdale, just ahead of a storm that we had driven through for most of the last 100 miles, following us like a “Hellhound on My Trail”.
