Where do I even begin? The cake looked NOTHING like I wanted it too and had none of the details we talked about when making the order. When I came to pick up the cake and asked them to fix it, I was told that they “didn’t have the time” to make the cake the way I ordered it. Then it gets even worse when we go to taste the cake.
