I never write reviews but I feel compelled to for this Tropical Smoothie Cafe because of an experience yesterday. The two girls working were just so nice and welcoming and I waited outside in the sun for my order because I work inside all day and needed as much fresh air and sun as I could get, and one of the girls came outside to hand me order which I thought was so sweet. Buyer beware. Put my credit card in and was automatically charged a tip. When I brought it to the cashier’s attention she told me “well, I guess you did” even though no such authority was given. My sandwich was wet and the corn was stale and old. Was my first and last visit to this location. Rude service, and they expected to be tipped for it. Wouldn’t even star if I could review without it.
