Three Vines Bistro - City of Saratoga Springs

What Alyssa Jewell likes about Three Vines Bistro:
This is a neat spot in Saratoga. The restaurant wasn't too busy while I was there with 8 other people. Some of the food and drinks items were a bit disappointing- Negroni was very heavy on the campari, Caesar salad did not have croutons, and the risotto was undercooked. The staff at this restaurant was helpful friendly, even though the restaurant was understaffed, the restaurant has a nice family feel. I was there with three family members, we were hoping to love the food there, but unfortunately did not. The best dish of the meal was a pasta special with garden vegetables.
