The menu at Bo Drake is a veritable jumble of geographies. You can kick back pisco sours and eat burrata while you wait for your pork belly bao. That 's not necessarily a bad thing. But the execution here is pretty poor. The dishes are original on paper but very much underwhelming in real life. Service is not great either.
