I’ve had a frustrating experience with my online orders each time. This time, they got the meat wrong. When I request extra of anything and click the button twice, it seems to end up being just half of what I expected by the time they prepare it. I shouldn't have to feel like my online order is only half the size of what I get when I order in person. Perhaps it’s because when I’m there in person, I can oversee the preparation. This is my first review, which speaks volumes about how disappointing my experience has been.
The chicken bowl was excellent. Chipotle is very reliable, and I almost never encounter any problems.
The food is delicious (obviously) and the service was good, the store was well kept and clean.
