I love graeters the ice cream is always perfect, however there is no need for Max to be slamming scoops down and our two cups of single dip ice cream down on th... read more I love graeters the ice cream is always perfect, however there is no need for Max to be slamming scoops down and our two cups of single dip ice cream down on the counter simply because the store closes 30 minutes after we walk in. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced this in one of greatest locations. I work in customer service and as much as I know it sucks when customers come in close to close I still put a smile on my face and give them great service.
