The owner was trained in multiple Chinese restaurants while living in the united states. Took his experience and opened up his own place in Jerez Zacatecas. We started with the egg rolls with minced beef. They came out crunchy on the outside and steamy and flavorful on the inside with plenty of vegetables and beef.
