I ordered a family meal for take out. Once I picked up my order I had my hands full and dropped my entire order on the ground once I opened my car door. I went back and asked if they can remake the food because I dropped it and I would pay for the remake. They remade the order and said don’t worry about it NO CHARGE! Eat here everyday on my lunch break. Ordered the lunch special to be brought 3 platters of food. I politely explained to the younger employee that I would like the lunch special to which I was told that “I couldn’t” with 0 further explanation over and over.
