Found this cafe more or less by accident. It is off the beaten track and very much a local neighbourhood cafe. The space is nice and airy, the staff are very friendly and service efficient. Our coffees and tea (leaf tea in a pot) came promptly as did the filled croissants we ordered. Prices reasonable. Coffee was first rate right up there with Glebe or Newtown. View all feedback.

My husband, baby in a stroller, and I visited this restaurant. Upon entering, we took a seat but were not greeted. After waiting for five minutes, we decided to leave. Despite only three other tables being occupied by couples, the chefs did not acknowledge us. We were let down, especially after reading positive reviews. Excellent customer service is essential, something that Blackwall Cafe lacks. View all feedback.
I used to live just down the road from Blackwall Cafe, and weekend coffee from here was something I always looked forward to. Friendly service, good views of the water and amazing coffee always. The lunch and breakfast is spot on too! Would definitely recommend!
Arnold and Ash run a frat cafe with seriously good fun and coffee. The food is wholesome, generous portions and you'll be wanting to come back for more! Definitely worth checking out even if you need to travel to get here!
I came here with my husband and my baby who was in a pram. We walked in and sat down. We were not acknowledged and waited five minutes, until we decided to leave. There was only three tables occupied with couples. Two of the chefs looked at us, but looked the other way. Pretty disappointed, especially reading previous reviews. Customer service is a must. Blackwall Cafe fails in customer service.
Service, food coffee were great. View not too bad either. Highly recommend. My kids gave their seal of approval and asked us to give them 5 stars.
