Did what it says on the can - a little hideaway, but I would not call it a Speakeasy in the New York. Good assortment of beer and interesting cocktail selection. The menu was limited tonight, but the pulled pork shirts were good - for Nachos. Overall, I went after the food and drink in search of another interesting one View all feedback.
Very cool warehouse bar in Chippendale, no sign no bouncer, just young crowd immerse themselves in the live music. It could be a good venue for clubbing. Glad we came and enjoyed ourselves briefly before it shut at midnight. thernbdiary.com
Did what it says on the tin - a little hideaway but I wouldn't call it a speakeasy in the New York sense. Good range of beer and interesting cocktail selection. Menu was limited tonight but the pulled pork nachos were good - for nachos. Overall I walked after the food and drink in search of someplace more interesting
An awesome hidden bar in Chippendale, great place to go for some after-work drinks. However it was quite loud as there was a DJ playing when we came here on a late Thursday evening, so it was a little hard to talk. I recommend ordering their Nachos ($14), delicious and just the right amount. The Edamame Salad was okay, not worth $10 so I'd give this a miss next time. I also like how the chef at Freda's also serves the food to the table, that was nice! I'll be back soon to try their cocktails!
Great night Friday. Creep followed us from another bar and security sorted him, made us feel safe. They also reminded us from earlier in the night, so we don't have cards again. The boys are on top. Thank you.
Beautiful bar, good music-friendly quantity and even friendly staff very helpful. Would definitely recommend for a few drinks.
