Usually delicious, but this time, the brisket slices were less. Our slices were thin and cut in half and laid on the plate as two slices. They were each 1 inch wide and about 3 or less inches long. The flavor of the bbq was mediocre, and sausage seemed different. I hope it was just an off day because bbq is expensive, and I want to get what I pay for. View all feedback.
