This place is very expensive and snobby. If you are trying to get morning coffee before work or a place to study this is not the place. I love their bagels, their coffee and the overall atmosphere. What I have had issues with is their online ordering process. Twice I have ordered online which gives you a count down as to when your order will be ready. Twice I have arrive about 10 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready and it has not been.
