Awful dining experience. The staff seemed uninterested in serving customers. We waited a long time for a prawn sandwich, causing the rest of our food to go cold. The waiting staff were inattentive and it felt like we were bothering them as they were preoccupied with babies, phones, and chatting. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
The service at this restaurant is fantastic. The staff is attentive, kind, and polite, always willing to help. They went out of their way to assist a gentleman who spilled his coffee and a couple of young teenage girls who were managing their finances. The coffee and breakfast bap were delicious as well.
Took the family for breakfast and ended up having a cream tea too! If you visit definitely try the poached eggs, they are the best I’ve had in a long time! Cream tea was lovely! Warm scone and loads of cream! Kids had a variety of smoothies, milkshakes etc, one looked like a work of art) while us adults drank far too much coffee! Staff were all very friendly and the whole place had a good atmosphere. The kids now want to visit again to try out more cakes and ice creams! Oops. Nice walk in cowdray park after. Lovely day.
We had a great time at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the coffee was great. The service was friendly, although it was quite noisy because the restaurant was busy. Despite the noise, we will definitely come back again.
Stopped for a quick cup of coffee and cake. The coffee cake was the best I have had in any cafe. Moist and spongy with just enough butter cream.
