Tiny and cute Boba spot tucked away from the busy main st (Michigan). I got the Taro Milk Tea with Boba and it was delicious and creamy. Fast service and super cute Interior! View all feedback.

I was very disappointed with the bubble tea. I ordered the classic black tea, but the flavor was weak, making it taste more like sugary water than tea. Additionally, the tapioca balls were poorly prepared; they were too soft on the outside and hard on the inside, lacking any chewiness. View all feedback.

Incredible boba menu! Their Mango Passionfruit can't be missed when ordering and their honeydew milk tea actually tasted like honeydew. Sally and her staff were so sweet and gave the best recommendations! If you find yourself in the South Loop, swing by TEA% for some of the best boba I've had in Chicago!
