Honestly I really enjoyed this pizza. Good flavors coming from sausage that carried some spice, provolone cheese, fresh basil, and that old world style wood fire crust. Has that unique char aspect that with proper execution is great. All those components are high points but end up falling flat as a dry pizza that you need a drink to pair it with.
