Sable, once known for its amazing food, has taken a turn for the worse according to recent reviews. Some customers found the food embarrassingly bad, with small portions and low quality. Others noted that the restaurant has shifted focus to more of a bar atmosphere with less impressive food options than before. However, despite these negative changes, there are still positive experiences to be had at Sable. Many customers praised the attentive and knowledgeable service, as well as the extensive cocktail menu. The ambiance was also highlighted as a positive aspect of the restaurant, making it a great spot for drinks and small plates. Overall, while Sable may not be as successful as it once was in terms of food quality, the excellent service and atmosphere make it a worthwhile visit for those looking for a great cocktail experience.
