Was Célia at Ponce a mag?
While visiting Chicago, we discovered this restaurant through Google. It was about a 30-minute drive from our accommodation, but it was definitely worth it! The highlight of our meal was the carne frita, which we absolutely loved. We also enjoyed tostones, maduros, arroz con gandules, chuleta, bacalaitos, pastelillos, and sorrulos. The food was mediocre this time, not up to its usual standards. However, it was a pleasant surprise to have a band playing on a Saturday afternoon, as they typically only perform on Sundays. The service was excellent, although the restaurant was uncomfortably cold inside that day. View all feedback.
