This basement bar beneath Jaleo offers a fantastic selection of unique cocktails. The bartenders are exceptional, capable of crafting both classic cocktails and an array of their exciting signature drinks. We arrived on a Friday at 5 PM and were able to grab seats at the bar without needing a reservation. Our bartender provided excellent recommendations for some really distinctive drinks, and we also decided to try the Pig Ears, which was a first for us. Embrace the quirky drinks on their menu—you won't be let down! I ordered the consomme cocktail; while I’m not sure I’d choose it again, I’m glad I gave it a try.
Ah I love it here, this place is a fun,creative and cool little gem. The bartenders are very knowledgeable and super friendly. The reverse Irish cara jillo is my absolute favorite, it’s cozy and warm but also frozen. The inverted dirty martini is so subtle and smooth. Both are must try for sure.
Awesome experience!! Will be back!! The shadow chaser was amazing. Awesome fat washed Negroni!! Melon cloud is a margarita on steroids. And the carajillo is the best dessert cocktail I’ve ever had. Ambiance is superb and the service was awesome. Oysters

This is a great place located in the basement of Jaleo. The cocktails are incredible and a must-try! We ordered a few appetizers, and they were all delicious. It is definitely on the pricier side.
