Second time something tasted sour/bitter like poison. Last time we had that taste my bf got sick. I'm disappointed. One of the few places that will actually serve lots of veggies but my trust has been lost. View all feedback.
Delicious! The food here is truly authentic and exceptional! We shared a selection of dishes, and each one was full of flavor and cooked to perfection. We tried the hot boiled beef, salt and pepper green beans, Xiao Long Bao, dry chili fish fillets, and hot pepper tofu. Don't miss out on the smoothies; they really help to balance the spiciness. The atmosphere is relaxed, and there's a unique raised floor with a transparent section revealing a rock garden below. As for vegetarian options, there are plenty, including various tofu and vegetable dishes.
This is undoubtedly one of the best places for Chinese food that I've experienced in Chicago! It’s quite challenging to find quality Chinese cuisine in the city unless you head out to Chinatown. I highly recommend trying the Hot and Sour soup and the Mongolian beef. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, and you can really feel the family-run atmosphere of the restaurant. I absolutely loved my time here!
Very cozy place with a fun atmosphere.The food was good and so was the drink. For the area the restaurant is in, you can't beat it.I enjoyed the orange chicken and the potstickers for the appetizer.Edit: So the takeout I brought back home had bones in it and almost cracked my tooth biting into a piece. :
