$1.10 for iced water. Free at every other Dunkin' Donuts I've been too. Weird. And cup tops were dirty.
The bagel I received was extremely burnt, and it tasted so bad that I had to throw it away.
I can't decide whether the brownie batter donut tastes like it was dropped on a bathroom floor or if it resembles the smell of a homeless man on the Green Line who hasn't bathed in ages. I recommend sticking to Dunkin' for your donuts in the Loop; this one was truly disappointing. #honesttruth
This restaurant has the worst service I've ever encountered at any American establishment. The service is slow, orders are often incorrect, the dining areas are unclean, and the management seems to be completely out of touch. Additionally, the staff is extremely rude, and I've even witnessed them yelling threats at customers.
