The morning team at this Dunkin' is fantastic. They recognize their regulars and foster an inviting atmosphere that makes you want to come back to this location, despite the many others in the area.
This Dunkin' Donuts location is compact, but the prices remain reasonable, and the staff is friendly and efficient. However, I do wish the bagels with cream cheese were a bit cheaper. The donuts are priced at $1.09 each, which isn't too bad.
I picked up an egg wrap from the small store in the pedway. This location didn’t have any specials available. It was a quick, healthy, and convenient snack for my afternoon break.
The service has been quite good overall, except for one instance where the drink was a bit watered down and bland. The staff is generally high quality and attentive. I do feel a bit sorry for the one employee who has to manage busy periods in the morning on their own. I could have easily given this place five stars, but the fact that it closes at 1 PM is a significant drawback. It really limits the opportunity for customers to take advantage of happy hour deals from 2 to 6 PM. After all, Dunkin’ isn’t a brunch spot, so closing at 1 PM seems odd!
The food and drinks at Dunkin' are excellent, but during the busy morning rush, it can be frustrating to see just one staff member managing orders and making sandwiches. Service often feels slow, so they should think about hiring additional employees to help out.
