A spacious and speedy restaurant with flavorful food, this spot boasts a pleasing ambiance with friendly servers. While they now lack in the accustomed coffee service, the dishes are consistently excellent. The fruit bowl, French toast, and steak are highlights, despite some minor seating and temperature issues. With impeccable service and a family-friendly atmosphere, this rustic spot is definitely worth a visit. Expect crowds during brunch and be prepared to wait, but the overall experience is sweet. Special shoutout to Luis Carlos for fantastic customer service, making this dining experience a pleasant one.
One of our favorite places. Love they are so successful. Dislike they don't provide coffee while waiting like they used to. When Amber worked there it was a more personal and welcoming restaurant
Eating was excellent! and if they are a big fan of Key-Calc everything. these French toast are something they have to try.
While waiting for the boarding can be longer than what I'm used as a non-Chicagoan, once we sat, the food came very fast. there is such a bright and jolly atmosphere inside, and eating was absolutely delicious. I think it was best to share any other dishes, so they can try as much as possible. the only disadvantage was that the prices were much higher than expected.
This place is really sweet. very traditional and rustic. family friendly and a great place to eat brunch among friends. the pajun pancake breakfast is a delicious! highly recommended.
