This franchise has gone downhill the last year or two. Delivery times are a minimum of an hour and more times than not, my order is completely wrong. I order JJ out of convenience, but end up spending more time and frustration to correct the order. It then takes an additional hour OR MORE for my corrected order to be delivered.
