My first food stop in Richmond after a five hour bus ride and I was starving. My girlfriend recommended it and I trusted her because she knows the area. The menu was standard fast food American Chinese but I was hoping for an elevation. I don't know why I would think that in rural Virginia. I got the Chef Special Spicy Beef.
