Top notch attentive service from Shane today. He knew the menu and ingredients through and through. I had the tenderloin with eggplant that was cooked a very tender medium with fresh mozzarella, roasted potatoes and carrots. With a yummy pinot noir. Hubby had the linguine crema de mare.
