Amazing little local pub which has won many awards in recent years. The new owners have kept the olde worlde charm whilst giving it a facelift and making it more up-to-date and relevant. I counted 5 different dogs in there with their owners and the lads at the bar made us instantly feel at home. What Alan Mottram doesn't like about Egerton Arms:
Good old fashioned pub, food good but my friends fish and chips were served in a bowl! Why? My ham and cheese toastie was fine, once I'd removed one layer of ridiculously thick bread. Atmosphere slightly spoiled by a few young men whose language left a little to be desired. View all feedback.
