Hong Kong street food was excellent. The ribs were by far the best I've had, no fat and lots of meat, tender and great sauce. Chicken wings were freshly cooked and a good size, the salt and pepper was not over powering as is the norm else where. Extremely impressive and way better than many restaurants. Well done guys. Takeaways are always going to be inferior to restaurants. Something to remember when reviewing.Just got Salt and Pepper chicken pieces. Freshly cooked, big pieces and quite tasty. Big portion too.
