The ingredients always seem lacking in freshness, and the meat was flavorless. Taking my time to eat didn't improve the experience. The atmosphere was quite dull. Overall, I would rate the food 2 out of 5.
It’s always something up with this chipotle. Closed when it says it supposed to beOpen. I even ordered a mobile order at 9:10pm for a 9:20 pickup. Wasn’t done until 9:40. Terrible in there
Got food poisoning after eating. It tasted like food was old. This is the second time this has happened. First time, I didn’t say anything because I wanted to give you another chance. This time I will not give you another chance.
I hadn't been to this location in over a year, but I found it ironic that I recognized one of the staff members. He was the initial person who took my order—very handsome, by the way. He’s a Latino guy with a salt-and-pepper beard. He did seem a bit frustrated or tired; based on other comments, I'm not sure if it was something personal or work-related. I wanted to ask if he was okay but decided to leave it alone. However, I did see him interacting positively with a few other customers, which was reassuring. The service here is very fast, so it's a good idea to know what you want ahead of time, and the portion sizes were generous. Unfortunately, the floor was dirty, and the table we sat at needed cleaning, but we took care of that ourselves. Overall, I haven’t had a bad experience yet and definitely plan to return, especially to see him again.
