I always only give 4 stars max, as I believed perfection was unattainable, but this evening the staff at Copa excelled themselves. The food (bacon cheese burger) was delicious, though I'd prefer the coleslaw separate to my burger Drinks were reasonably priced too, but it was the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff that was 5 Well done guys, I'll definitely be back... Family birthday lunch. Two of us had the chicken, bacon and coleslaw sandwich but as one of us is allergic to mayonnaise we ordered one without the coleslaw. Unfortunately it turned out to be a chicken mayonnaise sandwich so had to be sent back. Staff were understanding and asked what we'd like instead, ordered cheese toastie which we had to chase and didn't arrive until the rest of us had pretty much finished eating... View all feedback.
