Need to improve and standardize level of service. Asked for hot water when I ordered my meal and the restaurant manager said no hot water even though I came yesterday, asked for hot water with my meal and got it. Hot water is useful for patrons in this cold weather. Service level leaves much to be desired. View all feedback.
