First of all, this is one of my favorite places ever in the state of Michigan! Up here you have the beautiful waters, the views, so much fun and more. Although The Boathouse is closed now, I will always remember it for the phenomenal service, food, and scenery. The last few times I visited, the waitresses gave us great discounts! The place is run down looking when you pull in. We went inside anyway to have a look. When heading in there is a hand written note that you order and pay at the bar. (Not a big deal most places are short staffed.
